From Simple to Multiplex

SongAo Hardware integrated the metal processing, casting, forging.
On the metal processing. We have our own heavy duty punching machines, carbon-arc welding and argon-arc welding, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating. Now we are focusing on the metal welding forming fields such as Livestock equipment, Steel Grating, Road safety barrie, Iron fence,etc. As an example of Pig Stall, we can supply the single stalls and Al stalls for mating house, free access stalls, farrowing pen, weaner pen, cast iron slats, drinking cups and stainless steel troughs. We offer the selected livestock equipment which is appropriate for the animal welfare and working functionality. We supply our clients in Europe and United Sates the livestock quipment about 220,000 Sq. meters (about 2,368,058 Sq.feet), equivalent 31 football pitches.

On the rigging. Our main products include all the types of drop forged shackle, commercial type turnbuckle, Dee type shackle, heavy type wire rope clips, etc. we have the advanced technical in the rigging line, and the equipments including steel winkling, press machines, drilling machines, etc. our rigging export to united states, germany, italy, japan, korea and south-east asia countries.

On the Grey cast iron. We are in the line of industrial machine spares and outdoor cooking facility.
The east asia is ouur main market of industrial machine spares. we are supplying the quality grey iron castings to a well-known Japan vessel equipment manufacturer, the castings are strictly according to the Japan standards of FC200 and FC 250. we also are providing the plummer block cover and base to a famouse korea bearing company. Our quality castings were assembled on the various ships and industrial bearings worldwide.
Outdoor cooking facility: we have table boiling,gas burner, cooking grid,cast iron plate,pot, etc.
Our main clients are in the Britain,Australia, south africa and korea. Now we have produced safe and quality gery cast iron cooking facility for 300,000 households in different countries.
